The call: one vision, one choice, one open question

A 15-minute agenda

  1. Vision — 2 min. Software is moving from answering to acting; Noesia explores the authority layer that could make those actions understandable and controllable.
  2. Why it matters — 2 min. Delegating a task should not mean handing over unlimited economic access. This is a thesis to test, not a proven need.
  3. First market — 2 min. The founder selected the USA as the first geography. The buyer, payer, and specific state remain open.
  4. Product idea — 2 min. A mandate defines the agent, purpose, budget, and boundaries. The intended demo shows a request within the rules and one outside them; the simulation moves no money.
  5. Research — 3 min. Hark offers a lesson in communication; Fundroom contains useful earlier research that is historical and needs to be reopened and checked.
  6. Discussion — 4 min. Which workflow should we observe first? Who experiences it, who decides, and who would pay to solve it?

Suggested opening

“I’m not presenting a financial product that is ready to use. I’m presenting a vision and one concrete choice: we’re starting with the United States. Now we need to find the right problem and customer without pretending they are already validated.”

What to leave the call with

  • Which candidate deserves the first research: consumer, SMB/finance, AI platforms, merchant/provider?
  • What recent task actually required someone to delegate an economic action to software?
  • Who experienced the problem? Who can approve a solution? Which budget might pay for it?
  • Which assumptions or claims should we avoid until we have evidence?
  • What is the next small, reversible, measurable test?

What we do not need to decide tonight

We do not need to leave with an invented buyer, a US state chosen without a reason, a partnership, a regulatory model, or a claim that the product is live. If evidence is missing, the honest answer is “still open.”
The founder has already completed the 20-question exercise. The founder directions page is a non-verbatim summary; we will not repeat the questionnaire.
