Learn first. Then narrow down.

The next phase is not to build every part of the vision or announce a service. It is to find a real workflow in the USA and learn whether someone has urgency and budget to improve it.

The next test

  1. Compare the candidates: consumer, SMB/finance, AI platforms/developers, merchant/providers.
  2. For each, look for recent episodes and observe existing tools and workarounds.
  3. Identify the user, buyer, signer, payer, and risk owner.
  4. Test whether people understand the mandate and allow/ask/block example, without confusing simulation with payment.
  5. Record evidence for and against, then choose a small, reversible test.

Gates, not promises

  • Discovery: interviews about concrete cases and workflows; do not assume a segment.
  • Concept: local demo with fictional data and comprehension testing.
  • Sandbox or pilot: only after a qualified buyer, verified partner/access, written scope, security/legal review, and stop criteria.
  • Production: outside the current scope; it requires further proof and approvals.
The 72-hour/90-day roadmap in the strategy archive is conditional. It is not a release commitment, an agreed pilot, or a traction forecast.

Decisions that need evidence

  • Which workflow and segment deserve priority?
  • Which state or city is a good place for research, and why?
  • Who pays, and from which budget?
  • Which existing alternative would we replace or integrate with?
  • What evidence would make us stop or change the hypothesis?
